Craft tent situated at the front of the Bank of Ireland and is reserved for people from Co. Roscommon who are in business producing high quality craftwork of different kinds.

The traditional handcraft workshop and display area located at the back of Bank of Ireland. This tent is devoted to a display of traditonal crafts, with emphasis on education and interaction.

INTERCONNECTIONS: EXHIBITION OF WOVEN TAPESTRY ART

10am, The Core, Church St.

A unique exhibition bringing together National and Scottish award wining weavers. Frances Crowe and internationally renowned tapestry artist Joan Baxter collaborate to curate this exhibition which will prove to be very exciting, especially for lovers of handwoven tapestries.

HERITAGE QUIT EXPO & QUILT MAKING DEMOS

10am, Bank of Ireland

Display of patchwork quilts over 100 years old, created by

Margaret Egan of Deerpark, Boyle. Two of her quilts have

survived and are exhibited here. Plus a display of quilts old and new and demos of quilt making by members of Roscommon Quilting Group.

WAR 25th ANNIVERSARY EXHIBITION

Working Artists Roscommon were formed in 1990.This is the first time in many years that WAR will exhibit as a group, to mark its 25th anniversary.
